Your final paper should be about 13 pages, not including the title, table of contents, and reference pages. It must include all of the sections in the following order, do not forget to include the Table of Contents. Some tips are that you ensure you do not overlap sections and clearly label each section by using headers. As you refine your statements and words ensure that you are not advocating for one option over another but instead stating the facts of the analysis you conducted to help the stakeholder(s) make the decision based on your proposal.
