This is a very intriguing article and I like the use of the hero's journey and the monomyth. It may be helpful in the introduction to lay out the names of the phases of the monomyth and the stages of counselor development as not everyone will be familiar with these. Additionally, you need to cite information provided prior to the first-hand account (see the bottom of page 5 to page 6). As I stated though, I think this is an interesting take with a valuable perspective.
