Nice job on this paper. I think that you bring up some great points as far as the shortcomings about online test taking. In most instances, it is difficult to know if online students are doing their own work or taking their own exams. I feel that the open web cam is definitely worth a try because there are many students who the feel of a more authentic classroom, but scheduled traditional courses do not work with their busy schedules. I appreciate the ideas presents in this paper. :-)
