Thanks for sharing about Genial.ly.
After viewing how you both use the tool, I was inspired to create one myself - it was so easy!
Do either of you know if there is a way to track how many views or uses a design has? Also, do you feel your interactive designs are getting the same amount of attention and use in Halo given they cannot be embedded?

We are so glad to hear you are liking Genial.ly!
Unfortunately, there is not a way to track views in the free version of the program. However, the "Basic Educator" account has all sorts of data analytics.
It definitely appears that we are not getting as many students participating with our Genial.ly activities in Halo. It could very well be due to the fact that we cannot embed, but we have also considered things like not having titles for posts, where or if the post is "pinned", and students overall familiarity with Halo. We are curious to see if engagement with this type of content will increase as students are more proficient in Halo and as we find the ideal way to present it.
