Thank you for watching my presentation and for commenting. I use Screen-cast-o-matic as my video creator. I know many other people use Jing and a variety of other tools, but I prefer Screen-cast-o-matic as it is easy to use and free (and you can upgrade for fairly cheap if you would like to edit).
