New Issue: International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
There is a new issue of the International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ijSOTL). Also, the deadline to submit new manuscripts is July 2014.

This issue challenges readers to examine how SoTL is conceptualized and operationalized. It also illuminates how redefinition and collaboration can help move SoTL and its scholars from models of deficit and isolation to integration and capacity building. Please consider submitting a manuscript for the July 2014 issue. http://digitalcommons.georgiasouthern.edu/ij-sotl/

Please see the following link http://blogs.hbr.org/2013/11/the-big-benefits-of-a-little-thanks/ to access the podcast. I believe the findings are transferable not only to the workplace, but also to the classroom. Your thoughts?
Thank you,
Eric
