Thank you! Yes, I was surprised to see students rate instructor written communication with more value in some areas than that of video and audio communication. Though both video and audio can enhance an online classroom, it is was a great reminder of how important how we say, what we say are when writing to students in the classroom and to provide feedback within their assignments.
