Author Biography:

Gale Cossette, Ph.D. is certified in E-Learning Instructional Design and hold a doctorate in Post-secondary and Adult Education with a minor in Online Teaching, a M. Ed. in Special Education, BS in Early Childhood/Elementary Education, and a CAGS in Educational Leadership and Administration. I work as an online adjunct in a number of higher education institutions facilitating research design, special education, literacies, leadership, new online faculty, and remedial courses for new online students. As an e-learning instructional designer, I develop online courses for various universities, training programs, and facilitate new faculty in the development of their online courses.
