Horizontal violence (HV) is a Global issue. Healthcare workers are 3x more likely to be affected than other groups of workers. Estimated cost of 4.2 billion dollars per year in the US. Horizonatl violence leads to:
- Increased turnover
- Decreased quality of care
- Increased medication errors
- Increased falls
- Increased absenteeism
100% of students surveyed experienced HV and 60% of new graduates leave their first position because of HV.

The presented research was titled, Insights Gained From Over 3 Years Of 19-Channel Z-Score Neurofeedback: Towards A New Paradigm. Cheryl Lira-Layne has done several presentations this year, all related to the field of ESL education.
