Mori Kemper recently presented at Arizona Department of Educations's 2012 Professional Development Leadership Academy (PDLA) Summit June 11-13, 2012 at the Wigwam in Litcfield Park, AZ . The title of her breakout session was "Reconnect Role with Soul: Protocols that Promote Introspection and Collaborative Professional Learning" The goal of the experiential workshop was to provide participants with an opportunity to engage in reflective practices designed to reclaim their passion for teaching and learning and ultimately reconnect their soul to their vocation.

The purpose of the PDLA summit is to deepen individual and team leadership skills, their ability to strategically choose appropriate tools and processes that will advance their school and district intiatives in the K-12 context.
