Do your students struggle with plagiarism (accidental or intentional)? Indiana University offers a comprehensive website resource devoted to the topic of plagiarism at How to Recognize Plagiarism. This site provides definitions, examples, guidelines and - the best part - a comprehensive exam that tests students' understanding of key plagiarism issues. You can require students to review the site, take the exam and email you the certificate of completion.
Zepke and Leach (2010) propose 10 strategies for fostering student engagement in the classroom.

As highlighted by "The Teaching Professor", Zepke and Leach (2010) offer the following strategies for fostering student engagement:

- create learning that is active, collaborative, and fosters learning relationships
