When you click the link on that page for a PDF of the article, it take you to a page which requires a subscription to the "Enviroment and Behavior" journal as shown in the image below. If the intent of this blog was to further a discussion about "A 16 year study find that long-term negative effects of commutes are worse for women." than the article should be available for all to read, not just the article abstract.
