Article Argues We should Manage Our Energy Not Our Time!
Perhaps we are looking at things wrong... Maybe managing energy not time is the key to success. That's what Tony Schwartz argues in his article "Manage your energy, not your time."
I just got done reading the book "The Power of Full Engagement" in which authors Tony Schwartz and Catherine McCarthy posit that we need to manage our energy not our time. Similarly in his article for HBR Schwartz notes that it is important to develop rituals that allow our brains and bodies to recover by working in alternating phases of high focus and then rest.
