Hi all. Long-time GCU adjunct here. I've wondered about this question for some time and curiosity has finally gotten the better of me. With each class I teach, I have a number of student assignments each week that have a delay before opening. This only occurs with Word Documents, and the image below is what appears while I wait, sometimes for a prolonged period of time. This is not device-specific, as I've had it occur on multiple computers. You'll notice the small text on this image that indicates it is trying to contact one "Andrew McBroom" who appears to be a faculty member at GCU. My best guess is that students are using an APA template from our resources, Andrew McBroom was the original creator, and due to some type of setting on the file I now sit through this delay every weekend while grading papers. Am I the only one experiencing this, or do others have the same issue? Thanks for any help you can provide. If it's something I can correct on my computer, I'd love to eliminate this problem.

Have you asked any of the students that used this file where they got it? That could help the hunt.
