Great question!!

Anything out there?

I keep getting videos from student teachers through Goreact, but never anything from GCU. I thought they were supposed to submit using Youtube.

Students,

You will be using GoReact, an online video assessment software that allows you to demonstrate mastery of a specific skill through creating video assignment deliverables. Through GoReact, you will receive personalized feedback on the assignment from your instructor.

 There are two ways to access this assignment. When accessing it through the calendar view, select the “Open Assignment” or if you are accessing it through the Topic content, select the “Go To Assessment” button. Once you hit the GoReact landing page, you will click “start assignment” to begin work.

 You can record the video using your method of choice. View the links below to determine which method you prefer to submit your video:

•Uploading a video

•Recording through GoReact

•Submitting a YouTube video

After you upload your video, you may click the thumbnail and review your video.  Because GoReact is an outside technology, even though your assignment has been completed in GoReact, it will not show as “submitted” in Halo. When I grade the assignment, you will see your grade in the Halo gradebook.  Once you receive a grade in the Halo, return to the GoReact assignment to view additional comments and feedback.
