Research in the Real World

Information, guidelines, and tips on how to conduct, present and publish your research can be found in countless textbooks and on numerous websites.  However, few research projects follow the textbook exactly and unexpected challenges are likely to occur. This does not mean that you cannot valid research if you encounter such challenges.  It simply means that you need to understand the issues, minimize the impact as much as possible, and address the problems as necessary.  The Research in the Real World Series is designed to assist you in exploring some of the most common challenges and how to address them in your research project.  Please vote below for other topics that you are interested in learning more about or feel free to contact CIRT if you have suggestions for a topic.
