Stephanie Maher Palenque, Assistant Professor of English in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences attended the Instructional Technology Council (ITC) national conference held in Tucson, Arizona in February. She presented on delivering dynamic feedback using audio and video tools in the online classroom. She shared, “One of my proudest moments at the conference was when the moderator from ITC was reviewing my information to prepare to introduce me to the packed ballroom. He pulled his head back and his eyes widened and he said, “Wow …you are from Grand Canyon University!” I asked him if he had a connection to the University. He said, “No, but they are a leader in the online world, so when they speak, we sit up and listen!”
