The goal of the KMRC is to advance and promote scholarship and scholarly engagement by offering an avenue for presenters to share their research in a supportive environment that promotes the identification of new theoretical and empirical directions that cover a broad set of frameworks. Scholars are encouraged to propose new areas and methods as they explore their novel propositions. Empirical contributions, theoretical development, and conceptual studies are all welcome.
We seek thought-provoking presentations that will provide novel insights into various topical and interdisciplinary issues. Specific topics may be drawn from science, business, education, the arts, healthcare, and theology, among other areas. Submissions will be considered for recognition through a review process for presentation at the Kevin McClean Research Colloquium sponsored by the Eta Chi chapter of Delta Mu Delta, the International Honors Society for Business. The Eta Chi chapter is a Star Chapter of Delta Mu Delta, and the 2020 recipient of the Jablonsky Outstanding Chapter Award.
This event is open to Students, Staff, Faculty and Alumni of Grand Canyon University, and to those is the broader academic community outside GCU. Interested applicants are invited to submit an abstract of their current or proposed research for consideration to present at the KMRC.
Additional details including the the full session schedule with presenter biographies will be coming soon! In the meantime, keep an eye on the CIRT home page for updates!
