As a new adjunct faculty member, this will be a new experience for me that I am wholeheartedly embracing. I would like to facilitate discussions incorporating values to the content they are learning.  I also understand that students may come from various religions and beliefs but focusing on their worldviews in discussions will create deeper levels of thinking, understanding and respect.
