I am Katie Sprute, Faculty Chair and Assistant Professor in the College of Education. My coresearchers are Dr. Crystal McCabe, Dr. Christner both faculty in the College of Education. We are conducting a research study to provide a valid and reliable version of the Conditions for Work Effectiveness Questionnaire II (CWEQ-II) for use in higher education to be used to measure the perceived empowerment of faculty.  

We are recruiting faculty who meet the following criteria:  

• A faculty member that teaches in the College of Education at Grand Canyon University 

• Teach for the College of Education at Grand Canyon University in the online or traditional modality. 

• Teach in a full-time or adjunct capacity for the College of Education at Grand Canyon University  

You cannot participate if you are:  

• A faculty member teaching outside of the College of Education at Grand Canyon University.  

Participation in this study is voluntary and anonymous. If you agree to be in this study, you will be asked to complete a 5-minute online survey.  

All data in this study will be protected on a USB drive and locked in a file cabinet.
