I thought this submission addressed a lot of key areas. However, one area that I think it could expand upon is the bridge between traditional (ground) and online courses. With the introduction of discussion boards, the ability for someone to hurt a peer's feelings is still very real. I think overall, and over time, to two teaching modalities have become closer and closer and while this paper did most certainly address key issues, I think the real issue is now, in an online environment, a great deal of what was discussed in this paper can be looked at very differently
