Kozimor and Lemster shared their presentation: "Science and Literacy: A Winning Solution!" at the 2022 Ed Rising conference in Washington DC. GCU was extremely well represented that this conference with 6 presenters from the College of Education and 2ight presentations. In addition to this presentation, Dr. Kozimor also had a second presentation titled: "Restoring Classroom Communities Through Restorative Practices".

It was a BUSY conference set for Paul Danuser and Crystal McCabe as they presented their research at Ed Rising 2022 in D.C.

Crystal also presented a second presentation titled: "Friend or Foe? Balancing Relationships, Teaching, and Authority" and Danuser presented a second presentation titled: "Charismatic Teaching: Going from Yawn to Yes! "

Thomas Christner and Michael McCabe presented at the 2022 Educators Rising National Conference. Their session: “The Multiverse of Educational Technology…Boosting Engagement in your “Marvel”ous Classroom was very well received. Christner also presented a second presentation titled: “Seeing Your Learning...Teaching Visually to Reach Your Students” and McCabe also had a second presentation at the conference titled "Friend or Foe? Balancing Relationships, Teaching, and Authority".

Lyn Mueller, and Megan Neel were among seven who recently represented Grand Canyon University at Online Learning Consortium in Dallas, Texas at the onsite synchronous sessions April 11-14. The conference comprised two parts an online asynchronous and onsite synchronous component and was well represented with GCU presenters including Marnie Davis, Danielle Henderson, Dulce Ruelas, Helen Hammond, and Jean Mandernach. Mandernach was also presented the MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resources for Learning and Online Teaching) Rising Star Award for her work on OER in psychology during the conference.
