• Session Title: Technological Readiness: How Teaching the Right Mindset Projects Students' Academic Success 
• Session Purpose:  In this session, a survey on students’ technological readiness reveals a baseline data on their attitudes towards technology. Emphasizing the right mindset to impact students’ overall academic success, these reflective insights will inspire university administrators to consider the inclusion of technological readiness and right mindset in the orientation of freshmen college students as well as their emphasis on first-year courses.

• Session Title: Servant-Leadership and Self-Empowerment: Faculty Flourishing During the Pandemic 
• Session Purpose: In this session, research on the relationship between faculty self-empowerment and flourishing, and faculty chair servant leadership will be presented. Research findings will provide university administrators with a greater understanding of how servant leadership may empower both faculty groups to flourish during a crisis. Additionally, the findings will provide insights for university administrators as they go through the selection process for a position of a faculty chair, and design materials for training and professional development opportunities.

• Session Title: Engage – Encourage – Reward: Leveraging Best Practices Toward Teaching Excellence Through the Teaching Showcase (TS)
• Session Purpose: In this session, a case study and framework for a Teaching Showcase (TS) will be presented. In addition to an overview of the framework, administrators, and faculty developers will glean greater understanding of how to engage faculty in ways to best engage, encourage, and reward teaching excellence by leveraging best practices already present within the existing faculty talent. Insights and suggestions will be provided on how faculty development professionals can leverage the expertise of their own faculty in ways that are rewarding to both the presenters and attendees alike when hosting a similar event.  In addition, the presenters will share the evolution of the program – including successes and failures – to provide a framework to help attendees plan and host a successful event.
